On request we provide Parking Permits at just £3.50 per day which remain in force until 11:00 the following morning. The delightful Stage Door pub is right across the road from us offering a great place for a drink or a meal. In the heart of Eastbourne's Theatreland, The Mowbray occupies a prime position on the corner of an elegant Edwardian terrace, connecting the seafront with the theaters and conference centers. This family-run guest house overlooks Devonshire Park and the International Tennis Courts, just a stone's throw from the beach and the promenade, and only a short distance from the town center. All of the rooms with attached bathroom are front facing, with some enjoying views of the rolling South Downs and the Tennis Center. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player. Taking great pride in the stylish décor, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere and home-cooked food, the resident owners, Darren and Laura, provide excellent value for money and a personal service. The Mowbray received the Les Routiers Guest House of The Year 2016.
